Jill has been painting for 20
years and specialises in watercolours.
Painting flowers in their natural
environment is her great passion, she is an Associate Members of the
Society of Floral Painters.
She has also has had great fun and success
with her flamboyant Rooster series - they are now
"Flying" on their own as commissions to Canada, U.S.A, France
and Australia.
Jill has had joint exhibitions with Dick Twinney, the
wildlife artist.
She currently exhibits with societies
and galleries, namely The Tregony Gallery on the Roseland, Ebenezer Gallery at
Polperro and Porthilly Crafts.
Having just retired as an Adult
Education Tutor, teaching watercolours to beginners, she is now
concentrating on the paintings that she had to put on the "back-burner’
due other commitments.
Jill says "Now is her time", to experiment and play with structure,
mediums and subjects.
